One of the basic tenets of movement optimism is that there is no right or wrong way to perform a movement. Injury doesn’t occur from doing something “wrong”, but rather as a result from the body being underprepared for the loads placed on it.

Whether you’re a beginner runner and you’d like guidance on building your running proficiency, an injured runner who wants to keep running whilst rehabbing from injury, or a more experienced runner with specific goals in mind for an upcoming event, I can plan, evaluate and encourage your best efforts.
