CANCELLATION POLICY
All private and semi-private sessions are 55 minutes. Sessions will begin and end promptly as scheduled.
All group classes are 55 minutes. Regardless of arrival time, sessions will end at the scheduled time.
24 hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged for private and semi-private appointments and classes. Please cancel online only.
We will not accept cancellation notice given over email, text or phone.
No-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
Monthly membership members will be charged $20 for a no-show or late cancellation, and the session at issue will also count toward their monthly allotted sessions.
PURCHASE POLICIES
Advance payment is required to sign up for classes. Appointments can be made online only, either through our website or through the acuity app on your mobile device.
We want you to be committed, which is why we have created an expiration date on all packages. All 10-packs expire 4 months from the date of purchase. Special promotions and packages may have unique expiration dates.
